Pumpkin Oatmeal Smoothie

I N G R E D I E N T S 

1/4 cup dry rolled oats 

1 cup of oat milk 

1/2 cup pumpkin puree 

1 frozen banana 

3 to 5 pitted dates, or to taste 

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 

pinch of nutmeg 

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds

2 scoops Vital Protein (if they have the pumpkin spice flavor, use that otherwise vanilla is okay)

1/2 cup of ice cubes

I N S T R U C T I O N S 

1. Place the rolled oats in a high powered blender and pulse once or twice to grind the oats to a coarse powder. 

2. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed, and pulse until smooth. 

3. Add more milk to thin, if desired.

4. If you have a child, add some whipped cream and chocolate to the top!
